Personal data is collected directly from the customer during the reservation process, when entering into a rental agreement, or in connection with customer service interactions.

Personal data may be disclosed, within the limits permitted by law, to partners involved in providing the service, such as payment service providers, invoicing services, and IT or hosting service providers.
All service providers process personal data only on behalf of the data controller and in accordance with contractual agreements and applicable data protection legislation.
Personal data is not transferred outside the European Union or the European Economic Area without ensuring an adequate level of data protection as required by law.
8. Data Security
The customer register is stored in secure systems accessible only to employees who require the data for the performance of their duties.
Personal data is processed via encrypted and secure connections, and system backups are stored safely.
